Q. How do i read my stats ?
A. Use the URL http://www.yourdomain.com/stats.

Q. What type of connection to the net do you have ?
A. Our data center has 1Gb fiber connections and we provide 100Mb Ethernet to each server.

Q. Where is Perl located on my server ?

A. /usr/bin/perl.

Q. How long does a virtual or dedicated account take to setup ?
A. Virtual accounts take at the most 24 hours. Dedicateds can take up to 3-4 days depending on inventory.

Q. Do you allow SSH ?
A. SSH is allowed on all dedicated and VPS accounts. Virtual accounts may request access, as SSH or any remote login is a security risk.

Q. Do you allow spam ?
A. ABSOLUTELY NOT! No questions asked! All spamming accounts will be closed with out notice and without refund.

Q. Does my account come with MySQL ?
A. Contact support to request your database. If you are on a machine with admin software (Plesk™ control panel) then you can create your own database.
